New Wave 2009 in Jurmala is international competition of rising music stars.
The event will take place in city of Jurmala, Latvia, just 25km from Riga.
The program of events lasts from July 28 – August 3, 2009.
The festival is organized by composers Igor Krutoi (Russia) and Raimond Pauls (Latvia).
This years guest stars will be Roxette from Sweden!
